Clear Concepts, Inc. in Hobart, IN is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon to join a well-established, tech-forward healthcare provider. The role offers a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday; flexible) with a 1:6 on-call rotation.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The surgeon will diagnose and treat colon, rectal, and anal disorders, perform pre- and post-operative care, and utilize laparoscopic/robotic techniques (DaVinci).

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility with a plan for certification within a defined timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with specialists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic volume around 20 patients per day.
• Maintain 1:6 call rotation.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative follow-up and outcome tracking.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci).
• Conduct colonoscopies and endoscopies for screenings and diagnostics.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
