Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon for a full-time position in Hobart, IN with a 1:6 call rotation and Monday–Friday schedule. Relocation assistance is available and H-1B sponsorship is open for qualified applicants.

The role involves diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus, performing pre-operative assessments, and utilizing minimally invasive techniques (laparoscopic/robotic) with a focus on patient-centered care and work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear path to certification.
• Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong collaboration with other specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide post-operative follow-up care and outcome tracking.

• Manage complex anorectal conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
