Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in structural trades such as building maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, HVAC, ground maintenance, and/or locksmithing).
• Combination of related education, formal apprenticeship, and/or relevant experience totaling four years to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Performing basic preventive maintenance checks and services on mechanical equipment.
• Repairing doors, windows, ceilings, and stairs.
• Installing, repairing, and replacing lights and switches, outlets, pumps, motors, controls, intercoms, fuses, circuit breakers, thermostats, and fan relays.
• Maintaining interior/exterior security lights and fire sprinkler systems.
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Entering work orders into CMMS and tracking labor hours.
