Job summary

Colorado Homes CO is seeking two self-motivated real estate agents who love helping clients buy and sell homes and want to grow with a productive, client-focused brokerage. You’ll have access to Zillow Preferred opportunities and several other inbound lead sources, including Homebuyer Connections and Orchard Offers, along with technology, training, and transaction support.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license.
• At least two years of real estate sales experience and 20+ closed transactions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, prospecting and following through.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent client experience.
• Knowledge of Denver, Boulder, the foothills, Grand County, and/or Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Help buyers and sellers make informed decisions with responsive, professional service.
• Work inbound opportunities while continuing to build your own relationships and referral business.
• Follow up consistently, manage your pipeline, and keep clients informed at every step.
• Represent Colorado Homes CO across your local market.
