Associate Attorney Medical Malpractice Defense

As a national defense firm, we're seeking passionate attorneys licensed in Colorado with experience in Medical Malpractice and Assisted Living/Long Term Care defense.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3-10 years of experience who specialize in defending against all types of General Liability claims, including cases involving Medical Malpractice and/or Assisted Living/Long Term Care. Our team is committed to effectively moving cases through the legal system while vigorously defending our clients’ interests in court. Through our strategic approach and dedication, we strive to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients while upholding the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients.
• Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court.
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed.
• Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity.
• Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
