A highly regarded, multi-office, national defense law firm is urgently seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join its rapidly expanding Denver, CO office.

Responsibilities:

• Medical records analysis
• Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, discovery, discovery responses, and motions for summary judgement
• Regularly attend court appearances
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years’ experience in Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation
• Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and in good standing
• Experienced with medical record analysis
• Excellent legal research abilities, written and oral communication skills
