Job description

Join to apply for the Colorado Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Renewables, Solar) role at Primoris Services Corporation.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Practice safety rules.
2. Follow verbal and written instructions.
3. Use hand & power tools safely.
4. Report to and assist immediate supervisor.
5. Perform quality work as per project specifications.
6. Be accountable for all tools and materials at the end of your shift.
7. Work well as part of a team.
8. Perform terminations up to 1500V ac and dc.
9. Read construction drawings and understand specifications.
10. Have a basic understanding of electrical systems.
11. Install underground cabling and conduits.
12. Operate basic electrical test equipment.
13. Work with, train, and mentor helpers.
14. Pass post-offer drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation.
15. Adhere to job site safety requirements (e.g., PPE, grooming, etc.).
16. Comply with company’s drug and alcohol policy.
17. Pass physical examinations as required.
18. Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, etc.
19. Perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
20. Carry up to 50 lbs. of tools/materials, with assistance for heavier items.
21. Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
22. Work extended hours while wearing PPE when necessary.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License.
