If you are a Journeyman Electrician, this is an opportunity to join our growth and advance your career.

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our Electrical Department, which currently includes Master Electricians and a Residential Wireman. This will be our first outside hire for this position. Our team members typically progress from Apprenticeship to licensed Wiremen, Journeymen, and Master Electricians. As Sandbox Solar grows, so will our Electrical Department, supported by training opportunities and allowances for our Electricians.

This role involves project tie-in and commissioning, overseeing projects from installation to operation, ensuring compliance with code standards, quality, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician License (must be maintained in good standing)
• At least 4 years of PV Solar Interconnection or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently on residential and commercial interconnections
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of NEC
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Ability to climb and use ladders safely
• Willingness to work outdoors in Colorado weather (+/- 10 hours)
• Valid CO Driver's License and a clean driving record (must be maintained)

Bonus Points:

• NABCEP PV Installation Professional (PVIP) Certification
• 2-3 years of PV system interconnection experience
• Roof experience
