Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.
• Experience: 3+ years in litigation, insurance-related preferred.
• Colorado license to practice law.
• Ability to manage fast-paced workload across multiple matters.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and client-relations skills.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from pre-litigation analysis through trial and appeal.
• Investigate/defend first- and third-party claims and draft dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions; attend hearings in state and federal courts.
• Perform legal research and produce high-quality writing.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver effective client solutions.
