Job summary

Solvista Health in Colorado is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to oversee administrative and clinical supervisory functions across the program. The role requires leadership to support services, budget oversight, and QA activities, while guiding staff and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position is hybrid, with a primary office in Canon City, Salida, Leadville or Buena Vista and periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative and clinical operations for the office.
• Leads problem-solving across services to support programs.
• Ensures adherence to quality assurance monitoring programs.
• Provides clinical consultation, including review of ethical issues.
• Establishes, implements, and evaluates policies and program content.
• Prepares, reviews, and administers program budgets.
• Directs assigned program staff and conducts staff development.
• Organizes system-wide projects and coordinates with others as needed.
• Writes reports, policies and procedures as indicated.
• Maintains attendance and participates in safety-related activities.
