Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Morikis Global Technology Center in Brecksville, OH is seeking a laboratory professional to support color development, database creation and maintenance, and color matching for paints. You will work with technicians and chemists to apply letdown samples, validate color standards, and document results for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of industrial lab experience.
• Strong mathematics and data handling skills.
• Experience with paint application and substrates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technicians and chemists on color configuration and database development.
• Document lab results and present technical information accurately.
• Engage with Marketing and Product Development labs to support color projects.
• Communicate effectively across teams to meet project timelines.
• Develop knowledge of color for paint products and safety procedures.
