Job summary

Schneller LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Color Matcher / Stager to join our manufacturing team. You will mix, compare, and match colors to meet customer specifications while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and learning our color-matching systems and equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes, materials, and color matching techniques.
• Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligible for US government authorizations per export control regulations (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Color match and prepare materials to meet customer specifications and production standards.
• Prepare and stage raw materials for the color matching process.
• Follow established color matching procedures to ensure accurate formulations and proper documentation.
• Learn and utilize computerized color matching systems and equipment.
• Identify, label, and organize materials used throughout the production process.
• Safely operate mixing and material handling equipment and monitor inventory.
