Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Sr. Color Matcher to lead the division’s color matching program and support cross-functional teams within the Global Graphics division. The role will work with site operations, Graphics R&D, and Graphics Marketing to ensure color accuracy and production success. Day Shift, Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Key responsibilities include maintaining color recipes, communicating with suppliers, solving production color issues, and training junior Colorist Operators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of printing, coating, or paint industry experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the custom color matching process and maintain color recipes.
• Define pigment standards and communicate with suppliers as issues arise.
• Analyze production color problems and implement countermeasures.
• Serve as liaison to customer service and marketing on color requests.
• Maintain color match equipment and train junior staff.
