Job summary

Schneller LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Color Matcher / Stager to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. The role involves preparing, mixing, and matching raw materials to achieve accurate colors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will operate mixing and material handling equipment, manage inventory, document transactions, and support a collaborative, high-quality production environment. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with first shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability and willingness to learn manufacturing processes, materials, and color matching techniques.
• Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be eligible for any required U.S. government authorizations in accordance with applicable export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR.

Responsibilities

• Color Matching & Material Preparation: Mix compounds and accurately match colors to meet customer specifications, product construction requirements, and texture standards.
• Prepare and stage raw materials in the correct quantities for the color matching process.
• Follow established color matching procedures to ensure accurate formulations and proper documentation.
• Learn and utilize computerized color matching systems and equipment.
• Properly identify, label, and organize materials used throughout the production process.
