Len-Tex Corporation is hiring an entry-level Pre-Match Technician to support print production by preparing ink batches that hit the target color every time. This role focuses on mixing to job specs, completing drawdowns to verify color accuracy, labeling and recording ink usage, and coordinating with manufacturing to keep color moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Mix and prepare ink batches to job specifications and established color standards
• Complete drawdowns and checks to confirm color accuracy and consistency
• Label, document, and record weights, drawdowns, and ink usage on production orders
• Manage recycled ink inventory and materials to reduce waste
• Keep the area clean, organized, and ready for the next run; assist with weekly cleanups
• Coordinate with manufacturing teammates and take on other tasks as needed

Required skills/qualifications

• Accurate color matching abilities, strong color acuity, and knowledge of color theory
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable working onsite, full time, Monday–Friday 6:00 am–4:30 pm

Pay starting at $17.00/hour.

Your Typical Shift

You’ll start early in North Walpole and spend the day moving between specs, samples, and the mixing area—checking how color reads under shop lighting, making small adjustments, and confirming the match before work flows to the floor. You’ll track what’s being used, keep recycled ink organized, and stay in rhythm with the schedule so jobs don’t stall. Expect steady hands‑on work, lots of visual judgment tied to color theory, and frequent coordination with teammates to keep manufacturing on pace.
