Job summary

Silgan Dispensing Systems seeks a Color Lab Manager to lead the color manufacturing department. You will oversee color matching, formulating color targets for Sales, and scheduling to ensure timely colorant supply for molding.

The role requires an A.S. degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years of color matching or formulation experience and prior supervisory responsibilities. You will manage budgets, inventory, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Experience managing production schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and color matches targets for Sales.
• Schedules production to meet molding deadlines and colorant timing.
• Supervises Color Lab staff and manages budgets and inventory.
• Ensures compliance with Silgan Dispensing standards and safety.
• Works with vendors and internal groups on pricing and materials.
