Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials meet Silgan Slatersville, LLC standards and customer specs.
• Formulate/color match targets and approve color concentrates before molding.
• Manufacture production and customer color chips using injection molding methods.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Engineering on materials and colorants.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with packaging-related standards and FDA letters.
• Inspect, test, and verify incoming raw materials; schedule deliveries.
• Maintain records of color lab activity and coordinate with vendors.
