Silgan Dispensing in Rhode Island is seeking an experienced Color Lab Supervisor to manage the color manufacture department from color matching through scheduling and supervising the color concentrate production process.

You will oversee the color matching process, approve and adjust color concentrates, manage inventory and budget, and lead the Color Lab team to maintain safety and quality standards in compliance with company policies.

Formación

• A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of color matching or formulation experience preferred.
• Experience managing production schedules with deadlines, shipment dates and quantities.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee color matching and formulation to meet customer targets.
• Schedule production and manage molding colorant supply.
• Order pigments, supplies and parts for maintenance.
• Supervise Color Lab personnel and ensure safe working conditions.
• Maintain inventory of pigments and additives and manage department budget.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with FDA packaging regulations.
