Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Textiles or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in color, textile, or product development experience.
  • 2 additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to pass the Munsell Hue color test.
  • Experience collaborating with global partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze color developments and ensure on-time approvals for buy-ready commercialization.
  • Collaborate with Textile Development, Color Design, and Product Risk Engineering.
  • Facilitate and track lab dips for seasonal initiatives and mitigate color risks.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within the Color Development community.
