The role requires a bachelor’s in apparel/textiles, 2+ years in color or product development, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work with onsite presence Mon-Thurs supports seasonal color initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Textiles or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in color, textile, or product development experience.
  • 2 additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Knowledge of textiles and dye methods; ability to pass the Munsell Hue color test.
  • Ability to work independently and in a diverse, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze color developments to ensure best color execution is approved on-time.
  • Collaborate with Textile Development, Color Design, and Product Risk Engineering.
  • Facilitate and track lab dips for seasonal initiatives and mitigate color risks.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with partners to support color initiatives.
