Qualifications

3+ years of experience in color graphics, including AI and PSD workflow
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Graphics experience in web, industrial, or apparel design
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; comfortable with AI-based tools such as Vizcom

Responsibilities

Execute color designs and finalize product details with proactive follow-through
Review samples with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure marketable results
Maintain ownership of color in the final product and manage color calendars and deadlines
Develop line art, color design server, GPIN, PDM, and merchandising line
Coordinate with material consultants on cutting samples and materials
Present color direction and seasonal merchandising direction to stakeholders
