Job summary

Nike, Inc. Beaverton, OR seeks a Designer Color Design to lead color strategy for the ACG line across footwear, apparel and accessories.

You will develop seasonal palettes, drive color execution, and collaborate with designers, product managers and vendors to align with Nike brand standards. You will utilize Vizcom, Clo3d and Gravity Sketch to present color concepts and ensure production-ready specifications, with a focus on market trends and consumer insights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Architectural Design, or Product Design.
• 1 year of experience in designer-related occupation or job offered.
• Experience in color design for accessories, apparel and footwear and seasonal color direction.
• Proficiency with Vizcom, Gravity Sketch and Clo3d software.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and factories; data organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead color design strategy and execution for Nike ACG across accessories, footwear and apparel.
• Research, conceptualize and develop seasonal color palettes and material applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and product alignment.
• Utilize CAD and rendering tools to produce color renderings, boards and design specs.
• Drive end-to-end color execution from concept to production validation and lab dip approvals.
• Analyze trends and consumer insights to strengthen the ACG product line.
• Coordinate with global manufacturing and vendors to ensure color consistency.
