Altra’s Color Designer II role drives seasonal color design and execution across the footwear line. You will partner with Design, Product, Merchandising and Development to bring the creative vision to life through compelling color solutions.

You’ll lead color palette development, create color CADs and tech packs, research trends, and ensure accurate color execution throughout product creation, reporting to the Senior Manager, Color, Graphics and Material Design.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of color design experience in footwear or related products.
• Strong understanding of color theory and how it applies to performance footwear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ability to translate narratives to product design.
• Knowledge of footwear construction processes and materials.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead seasonal color palette development and color CAD creation.
• Develop and deliver tech packs and color executions across product lines.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Merchandising and Development to realize concepts.
• Research trends and translate findings into tangible footwear designs.
• Present seasonal color proposals to internal and external audiences.
