Altra is seeking a Color Designer II to drive seasonal color design and execution across our footwear line. You will partner with Design, Product, Merchandising and Development to bring vibrant color solutions from concept to factory-ready CADs and tech packs.
You will lead palette development, research trends, and push color boundaries to support commercial success, while maintaining alignment with the brand vision and development calendar.
Formación
- Strong understanding of color theory and how it translates to performance footwear.
- Proven ability to translate narratives onto physical product through color.
- 3-4 years of professional design experience in footwear/color design.
Responsabilidades
- Lead seasonal color palette development across footwear lines.
- Create color CADs and tech packs to factory standards.
- Research trends and translate to tangible product designs.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Merchandising and Development teams.
- Deliver presentations of seasonal design proposals for internal/external audiences.
- Ensure on-time completion of projects within development calendar.
