Job summary

The North Face seeks an Associate Color Designer to support seasonal color design across apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories. You will work with designers and the Design Manager to develop color palettes and apply concepts to CADs and croquis.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in color, trend or product design within apparel, footwear, equipment or accessories.
• Experience researching color and consumer trends across performance and/or lifestyle products.
• Foundational understanding of color theory, concept ideation and visual storytelling.
• Experience applying color palettes to CADs and/or croquis.
• Understanding of the design process and ability to work toward milestones and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Growth mindset and passion for Snow, Climb, Trail and lifestyle product.
