Job Title: Color Design 3

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute color designs, ensuring product details are finalized and aligned with market needs.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create innovative color solutions that resonate with consumers.
Maintain and organize color libraries and systems, ensuring all files and standards are up-to-date.
Conduct consumer research to understand market trends and apply insights to color solutions.
Present and communicate seasonal color directions to relevant teams.
Work closely with management to enhance color design skills and product knowledge.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in agile environments.
Proactive communicator with substantial product creation experience.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
