Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Our client, a popular cosmetics brand, is seeking a talented Graphic Design Lead to oversee and manage a small remote team of designers. In this role, you will report directly to the Brand President and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure top-quality visual content across packaging, digital assets, and in-store displays. The ideal candidate will bring their experience in leading teams and attention to detail to transform ideas into polished and impactful designs.

This is a HYBRID role requiring the selected candidate to work onsite 3 days a week.

TEMP-TO-HIRE

Rate: $50-65/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and manage a team of graphic designers
• Oversee the creation of visual content for packaging, emails, digital banners, and retail displays
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and copywriting teams on creative concepts
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and proper reviews
• Approve design work and maintain high standards of creativity and quality
• Develop design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on design best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of graphic design experience
