Onward Search is hiring for an entry level Design Coordinator. Primarily an administrative role. This role ensures all products meet high brand integrity standards, character execution, in-depth storytelling, and creative excellence—while balancing color, material, form, and function to maximize profitability. Hybrid- 4 days onsite, remote on Fridays. Contract position until March 2026.

Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new partners and guiding them through creative requirements and approval processes.
Collaborate closely with the design manager to review, design, and approve new product concepts.
Coordinate product submissions and creative reviews using an online approval system, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
Organize and maintain product samples, market samples, and archives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees and internal partners, overseeing all creative aspects of product development.
Support multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience or entry-level candidates with strong creative skills.
Focus on 2D concept design and production processes; familiarity with materials and textiles is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Mac applications such as Keynote.
