Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its Colors Group in St. Louis.

You’ll work with teams to service existing customers, manage orders, and ensure on-time deliveries, while resolving discrepancies with cross-functional partners. The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and on-site collaboration with a comprehensive benefits package and onboarding training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and poise.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Solid proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) and Microsoft Office is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Process order administration, processing, follow-up, and contract review for multiple units.
• Handle customer transactions (orders, quotes, debits, credits, returns) and coordinate with planners and shipping.
• Collaborate with account managers, product managers, sales staff, shipping, production, and lab to resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve routine customer issues and communicate special situations to the customer service manager.
