Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning for current position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending initial batch and shade adjustments.
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare spray-out and draw-down test panels.
• Expense mistints daily.
• Establish and maintain accurate customer work orders and formulas.
• Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met.
• Operate all tinting, mixing and testing equipment safely.
