Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a FULL-TIME Branch Color Blender Specialist to work at Store #2997 in Raleigh, NC. You will prepare customer orders, blend initial batches, adjust shades, and ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling tinting and mixing equipment, maintaining lab and work areas, and supporting sales goals while delivering excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle physical tasks.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must have at least a 3 rating.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders, including blending initial batch and shade adjustments.
• Prepare spray-out and draw-down test panels and manage stock of mis tints.
• Maintain accurate customer work order files and formulas.
• Operate all tinting, mixing, and testing equipment safely.
• Ensure shop and lab areas meet Sherwin-Williams standards.
• Assist with general warehouse and customer service duties as needed.
