Job summary

Sherwin‑Williams in Pittsburgh (Store #704359) seeks a Branch Color Blender Specialist to assist commercial paint customers, blend colors, adjust shades, prepare orders, and maintain quality standards. You will also contribute to sales goals and handle inventory and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include blending, shade adjustments, testing, labeling, and supporting warehouse duties, with possible evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for future visa status.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer orders, including blending initial batch, shade adjustments, filling and labeling batches.
Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements.
Prepare spray‑out and draw‑down test panels.
Expense mistints daily.
Maintain accurate customer work order files and formulas.
Ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
Identify equipment problems and make recommendations.
