Job summary
Teknor Apex Company seeks a Technical Service and Development Engineer II for Color & Additives Masterbatch Solutions. You will partner with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive product innovation, troubleshoot processing and performance issues, and provide hands-on support during trials to deliver reliable outcomes.
You will help identify opportunities for improvement, stay aligned with market trends, and strengthen customer relationships, contributing to growth and project success
Qualifications
- 5+ years in plastics color and/or additive concentrate/compound; Technical Service or Product Development.
- Hands-on experience with twin-screw processing and lab equipment.
- Familiarity with rotational molding, blow molding, injection molding.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-focused innovation and new product development driving growth across targeted markets.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality to develop and commercialize high-performing color and additive masterbatch solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal teams, guiding product selection and performance.
