Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services seeks a Co-Location Behavioral Health Clinician to deliver outpatient mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, in person and via telehealth.

The ideal candidate will pursue licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) and collaborate with County Health Departments to improve care, while benefiting from supervision and loan repayment options.

RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, is seekinga social work or counseling Co-Location Behavioral Health Clinician.

These positions are created by an exciting new partnership whose goal is to integrate therapists within Health Departments to meet people where they are. Each Co-Location Behavioral Health Clinician will be based out of one or more of the following Health Departments: Roane, Morgan, Campbell, Scott, or Anderson County.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Co-Location Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for the delivery of outpatient clinical services which consist of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, including mental health counseling and consultation with other disciplines; the provision of clinical and consultation services both in person and via telehealth; coordinating warm hand-offs for internal and external referrals; and building/ fostering collaborative relationships with County Health Departments. The Co-Location Behavioral Health Clinician participates in treatment team meetings and collaborates with administration in task team meetings developed to improve clinical care.
