Job summary

Webtrends seeks a detail-oriented Collision Estimator to join our body shop team. You will assess collision damage on heavy‑duty trucks and buses and prepare accurate repair estimates to guide repairs and satisfy customers.

Use CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating software, communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians, and assist with parts ordering. A valid driver's license and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a collision estimator in heavy-duty trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, damage assessment, and repair procedures.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or equivalent estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
