Keeler Motor Car Company in Ridgefield, CT is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Technician. You will perform structural and cosmetic repairs, read repair procedures, and contribute to a teamwork-driven shop culture.

The role requires 5+ years in collision repair, the ability to lift 30 lbs, and a reliable transportation option. BMW experience is a plus and you will be provided with all tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician.
• Capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures.
• Excellent attitude and enjoys working with others in teams.
• Neat and organized work habits.
• 18+ years old.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• BMW experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow business practice standards and work in team.
• Perform structural and cosmetic repairs as per Manufacturer specific repair procedures.
• Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced.
• Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler.
• Replace all parts associated with collision repair including body panels.
• Proficient in Mig Welding.
