Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a collision/body technician; structural/frame experience preferred.
• Ability to read repair orders/estimates and follow OEM procedures.
• Attention to safety and quality in every repair work.

Responsibilities

• Complete collision repairs per estimate and OEM standards with a quality-first mindset.
• Inspect and verify parts against the repair plan; flag discrepancies and ensure correct parts.
• Prep vehicles for repair, including teardown and reassembly as needed.
• Document supplemental damage and request additional parts/labor for complete repairs.
• Communicate promptly if issues may affect quality or promise time; collaborate with Estimators and Production.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and techs to maintain workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professional, safety-focused behavior in all interactions.
