Zohorecruit is seeking a motivated Technician in Overland Park, KS for a high-performing collision center that follows OEM repair standards. This role bridges body repair and paint, requiring strong body work and prep/finish experience.

We offer top industry pay ($120K–$160K annually) with a team commission plan, full benefits, and growth potential. Schedule: Mon–Fri, with opportunities for 3–4 day weekends and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band.
• Entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome.
• Must provide own hand tools; large equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Fill and priming work.
• Reassembly.
• Light automotive mechanical repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum, and spot).
• Repair and replace restraint systems (SRS).
