Job summary

Greensburg, PA-based collision repair center is seeking an experienced collision/body technician. Earn $60,000–$100,000+ annually with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Expect steady workflow, OEM standards, and modern equipment, plus a leadership team focused on quality and efficiency.

Bring 2+ years of collision repair experience, strong knowledge of OEM procedures, and a valid driver's license. I‑CAR/ASE certifications and a trade-school certificate are a plus as you grow toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a collision/body technician; structural/frame experience preferred.
• Ability to read repair orders/estimates and follow OEM procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong safety record.
• I‑CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus; collision trade school certificate also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete collision repairs per estimate and to OEM standards with a quality-first mindset.
• Inspect and verify parts against the repair plan; flag discrepancies and ensure correct parts are on hand.
• Prep vehicles for repair, including teardown and reassembly as needed.
• Document supplemental damage and request additional parts/labor for complete repairs.
• Communicate early if anything may impact quality or promise time; partner with Estimators.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and techs to keep repairs flowing and customers delighted.
• Demonstrate professional, safety-focused behavior in all customer, teammate, and vendor interactions.
