Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking a diligent Porter to maintain the cleanliness of the shop and office areas and assist with vehicle pre-washes and post-repair cleaning. This entry-level role supports the WOW Operating Way and helps keep both production spaces and customer vehicles in top condition.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or age or older.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent WOW plan execution.
• Keep interior office and production areas clean (dusting, floors, countertops).
• Clean parking lots and grounds; shovel sidewalks as needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup after repairs.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
