Gerber Collision & Glass in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness of the shop and office areas and support vehicle preparation. You will pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs and help keep production spaces tidy to ensure a smooth workflow.

The role requires attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a valid driver’s license. Automotive experience is preferred; the team offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask; automotive experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license; 18 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail; clear close vision.

Mansioni

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office and production areas.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
