Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to support vehicle preparation and shop cleanliness. You will ensure the WOW Operating Way is followed and maintain both office and production area cleanliness, including vehicle pre-washes and post-repair detailing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to multitask, and a valid driver’s license. Automotive experience and strong attention to detail are preferred, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior (garbage, floors, dusting).
• Maintain production area housekeeping (waste, floors, tools, equipment).
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat; shovel sidewalks as needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles before repairs.
• Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
