Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to support the shop and offices by maintaining cleanliness and organization. The role includes pre-washing vehicles, cleaning interiors and exteriors after repairs, and transporting vehicles to sublet locations.

A high school diploma is preferred, with emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will have automotive experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior and facilities.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area and tools storage.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly; shovel sidewalks when needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
