Qualifications

• Previous professional body shop experience.
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures, welding, and frame repair.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
• Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
• Complete body filler, sanding, grinding, welding, and metal-finishing work
• Remove and reinstall vehicle parts, trim, and related components
• Produce safe, high-quality repairs while meeting production timelines
• Work closely with estimators, painters, parts, and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
