Caliber Collision is seeking qualified technicians for the Virginia Beach - Rosemont service center. The role involves comprehensive collision repair, from frame work to final reassembly, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• High attention to bolts, welds, and finish quality.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; work with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
