Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking an experienced automotive collision repair professional at our Virginia Beach Repair Center. You will perform disassembly, repairs, and reassembly to restore vehicles to industry standards, while following work orders and safety guidelines.

You will work with a team to identify repairs, minimize supplements, and ensure high-quality finishes. A valid driver’s license, 2–3 years of repair exp, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
2-3 years collision repair experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to gain access to damaged area; store parts to prevent damage.
Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling dents and welding; ensure gaps and fits to industry standards; reassemble after painting.
Operate hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.).
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to Paint Dept.
Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Comply with Classic Collision procedures, safety rules, and guidelines.
