Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with the ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality with blueprint accuracy.
• Sharp eye for detail and finished welds.
• Team player who collaborates with others on the shop floor.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying fit for the job.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
