Job summary

ProColor, part of Mondofix Inc. (Fix Network), is hiring a Collision Repair Technician in California. You will restore damaged vehicles to structural integrity and appearance, following manufacturer procedures, to meet production deadlines while ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of body shop experience, a valid Body Technician license, and strong teamwork and communication. Competitive pay ranges from $21.88 to $26.49 per hour, with full-time hours in a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or automotive body repair diploma.
• Valid Body Technician license.
• 5–7 years of collision/body shop experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a busy shop.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders to understand required repairs.
• Perform structural, body, and cosmetic repairs per specs.
• Inspect parts and report discrepancies.
• Complete QC checks and ensure vehicles are cleaned before next department.
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to maintain workflow.
• Calibrate safety systems and perform post-repair tests.
