Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to work at our Crystal City center. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame straightening and panel work, ensuring factory-spec alignment and quality reassembly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
