Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealership specifications while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires aligning with productivity targets, staying current with new automotive technologies, and adhering to OSHA/EPA standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and organized work area, using proper PPE, and participating in training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in the collision repair shop industry.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certification preferred.
• Car-O-Liner frame measuring experience recommended.
• Comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Team player delivering high-quality customer service.
• Background, DMV, and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair foreign and domestic vehicles to dealership specifications.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet productivity and efficiency targets.
• Experience meeting cycle time for completed repairs.
• Keep bay, tools and shop clean and safe per standards.
• Attend formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Use PPE as required for hazardous environments.
